What We Install
We install commercial furniture, not flat-pack from a catalogue. Our installers work to your layout drawing, assemble each item on site and position it where your floor plan says it goes.

Once the install is finished, all packaging, cardboard and offcuts are cleared from site. Where the building has the collection facilities for it, cardboard and plastic film are separated for recycling rather than going into general waste.
Three Ways We Deliver and Install
Most office furniture installation projects run on one of three routes. We will tell you at quote stage which one suits your programme and your supplier arrangements.
1. Storage, Crate Hire, Distribution and Installation
For phased fit-outs and refurbishments, we hold furniture in secure storage until the site is ready, then distribute and install to your programme. Crate hire is available through our Antz Crate Hire UK partnership, which includes a 20 percent reduction for customers. This route suits projects where furniture arrives before the space is ready, or where installation runs in phases across floors or departments.
2. Direct-to-Site Delivery and Installation
Your supplier delivers straight to site and our crew takes it from the tail lift. We receive the delivery, check it against the order, offload, unpack and assemble to your layout drawings or site plan.
This is the simplest route if you already have a furniture supplier relationship and only need the installation handled properly.
3. Manufacturer-to-Warehouse Consolidation and Installation
Furniture from several manufacturers is delivered into our Tewkesbury warehouse, consolidated, checked and prepared, then transported to site on our own vehicles for one coordinated installation.
This is the route that saves the most disruption on larger fit-outs. Instead of five suppliers arriving on five different days and five sets of packaging piling up in your reception, the deliveries land with us, and your building sees one install.
Office Fit-Outs, Reconfiguration and Clearance
Not every installation starts with new furniture. A good portion of our commercial work is moving and rebuilding what a business already owns.
- Reconfiguration. Dismantling desks and storage, moving them within the building and rebuilding them into a new layout, usually when a team grows or a floor gets redesigned.
- Consolidation. Reworking an existing furniture set to fit a smaller or shared space after a downsize.
- Site clearance. Removing redundant desks, pedestals, screens and seating from the floor so the new layout has room to go in.
- Dilapidations support. Stripping a floor back before a lease ends, working alongside your fit-out contractor.

Installation in Practice: Cheltenham Town Centre Fit-Out
In early 2026 we completed a full furniture installation for a professional services firm relocating within Cheltenham town centre. The project involved:
- 34 desks and monitor arms, 6 meeting tables and 60 chairs across two floors
- Furniture received into our warehouse from two separate suppliers over a four-day window

A clear brief is the difference between a one-day install and a three-day one. Have as much of this ready as you can before your quote call or survey.
Layout and inventory

Do you install flat-pack and system furniture?
Yes. We assemble flat-pack furniture, modular workstation systems and bench desking, along with storage units, screens and partitions. Share the manufacturer’s assembly instructions or specifications at quote stage and we will factor the build time into the plan.
Can you install furniture we bought from another supplier?
Yes. You do not have to buy furniture through us. We regularly install products delivered direct from manufacturers, dealers and office interiors companies, including multi-drop deliveries, and we can receive, unpack, assemble and position them to your layout.
Do you install office furniture outside Cheltenham and Gloucestershire?
Yes. Gloucestershire is our primary area, and we take on national projects through the warehouse consolidation route, where furniture is delivered to us and transported to site on our own vehicles. Send us the site postcode and we will confirm coverage.
Can you work outside office hours?

Yes. We dismantle, move and rebuild existing furniture into a new layout, whether you are growing a team, redesigning a floor or consolidating into a smaller space. This is often combined with our office removals service as a single project.
Do you remove the packaging and waste afterwards?
Yes. We clear all packaging, cardboard and offcuts on completion and take them off site, separating materials for recycling where the building’s collection facilities allow.
How much notice do you need for an installation?
Straightforward installs and reconfigurations can often be booked within a couple of weeks where we have crew availability. For larger multi-phase fit-outs, or jobs with tight out-of-hours windows, four to six weeks gives us room to programme vehicles, crew and supplier deliveries together.
